All Austin Stacks Club coaches & officials must be Garda vetted – the procedure is very simple and can only be done on-line. Regardless if a person has been vetted previously in their profession or through another organisation if they are volunteering in any capacity within a GAA club they must be garda vetted through the GAA.
You must in the first instance complete the GAA E-Vetting Application Form – go to Step 2 of the link below –
Fill out and submit the e-form application to Croke Park. Your application will be acknowledged and then the bureau will email you another online & more detailed application form to complete. Austin Stacks do not play any part in the process other than receive confirmation approval of the applicants vetting.
On the application form please tick the last 2 questions as yes – you have furnished the club with ID docs (photo ID – this applies only for new people who would not be known to club members already).
Carmel O’Neill is Austin Stacks Child Welfare Officer – and can be contacted on 087 9305214 if you have any questions.
