PEIL FAOI 6/8/10: (i) Caherslee as usual next Sunday at 11am for football and fun. (ii) Our Thursday night football sessions for the U6/8/10 groups has commenced this week…10th May. Starting time: 5.45pm. Venue: Caherslee….where better to enjoy the long summer evenings? Chun peile linn!
PEIL FAOI 12: (i) Our A and B boys v Ballymac: (a) AdeS A: 3-11; B/mac A: 1-10; (b) AdeS B: 0-8; B/mac: 2-5. (ii) Our C lads v Scartaglin: 5-10 to 4-8. We eagerly look forward to our next exciting outings! We play Laune Rangers in Connolly Park in Div 1A & 1B this Thursday at 7pm.
PEIL FAOI 14: (i) We took part in the Dónal Walsh LIVELIFE Foundation Tournament last Saturday in Strand Road Field and, after some outstanding performances, we qualified for the final in which we played v our hosts, The Blues. We continued our fantastic form in that final game but came up a little short and lost on a scoreline of 0-6 to 0-9….trí phointe shuaracha…beagnach ann!! Great credit is due to everyone who took part. And being part of the Dónal Walsh LiveLife Foundation Tournament was really really special for all of us. (ii) We’ll be bagpacking in Dunnes Stores, North Circular Road, this Saturday (May 12th). Parents, your help would be greatly appreciated. Go raibh maith agaibh roimh ré, a thuismitheoirí. Expect text. (iii) Our indoor training in the club gym will take place as usual on Thursday from 6pm to 7pm. (iv) County League (Division 1): We’re obliged to play two games this week due to weather condition postponements; after much pleading leis an lucht eagraithe, we must play our back games on or before the 9th May. Tuesday (8th): at home v Glenflesk. Wednesday (9th): away v Moyvane. Two big games but one win should be enough for us to qualify for the semi-final of this year’s County League! Once again, lifts will be required, please! Expect text. (iv) County League (Division 9): Like the first team, we have two games this week. Last Monday (7ú) we played at home to Legion and came away with a very comfortable win. This Wednesday(9th): at home v Na Crócaigh at 7pm. Expect text. Two important encounters but one victory should be enough for us to qualify for the semi-final of the 2018 County League! An Charraig go deo!

PEIL FAOI 16: (i) Traenáil mar is gnách Dé hAoine agus Dé Domhnaigh. (ii) Central League – Division 1: We played Ballymac last week and won……5-13 to 3-5. The semi-finals were played on Monday last (May 7ú)… Castlegregory overcame Na Gaeil and we defeated Laune Rangers FT Stacks 6-12 Laune Rangers 3-8. Match details for the Div 1 final tbc.
GAELTACHT TRIPs: (i) We have a couple of Rock boys who’ll be spending some time in the Gaeltacht with the help of a GAA grant. Beidh siad ag dul siar chun na Gaeltachta…bail ó Dhia orthu…i rith an tsamhraidh. Tiocfaidh siad slán abhaile ag spalpadh Gaolainne!
